How to Order :

*  Please e-mail "wellolli@outlook.com" us directly to place an order.

*  Please provide the precise product information ie model no. / size / color etc and order quantity, it help us to be more effective on provide you a quotation.

*  It would be nice to provide us the hyperlink of the product if which are not list on our blog/facebook/website.

*  Do not forget to provide your contact information such as shipping address and recipient.

*  After received your order, we will send you the quotation via e-mail with payment and bank account details for payment arrangement.

*  Please arrange the full payment within 3 days from the date of receiving our reply, and email us the transaction record or reference number.

*  If we do not receive your payment after 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

*  We would place an order to purchase your products immediately upon receiving of your payment.

*  Normally the products would reach us within 3 days.

*  After received the products, we will unpack the carton and check the goods to ensure it is in good condition before send them out via German Post/DHL to you. We would inform you the tracking number of your parcel / post.

*  In order to reduce the packing weight and fully utilized the space of package, we may remove the carton and retain protecting material eg plastic bags / wrapping paper, etc and instructions.

*  If you would like to keep the original packaging, please state when order.

*  Special packing materials may needed for fragile products, gross weight would therefore be increased.

*  Products in "Gift Set / Gift Packing" will be remained as what it is, no unpacking and no checking.

*  Germany to Hong Kong / Taiwan / Mainland China via airway, transportation lead time is approximately 1-2 weeks.

*  Cancellation of order after payment made has no refund.
